Cancellation Policy
Refined by Kelsey Last updated: 13/11/2025 At Refined by Kelsey, I strive to provide every client with a smooth, reliable and high-quality experience. To ensure fairness and to protect my time as a small independent business, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service selected. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment only when rescheduling is completed with more than 48 hours’ notice. Deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstance unless outlined in this policy. 2. Cancellations & Refunds More than 48 hours’ notice Free cancellation. Your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. Between 48 and 12 hours’ notice A 50% refund of the total service cost will be issued. The deposit forms part of this calculation. Less than 12 hours’ notice or No-Show The full price of the session is payable. No refund or deposit transfer will be provided. 3. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in the full session fee being charged. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for any future bookings. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or may not be able to proceed. If the appointment cannot go ahead due to lateness, it may be treated as a late cancellation, and fees may apply in accordance with this policy. 5. Illness & Emergencies If you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. While I aim to be understanding and flexible in genuine situations, the terms of this policy may still apply depending on the circumstances. 6. Agreement to Policy By booking an appointment with Refined by Kelsey, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
