1. Introduction 

Welcome to Refined by Kelsey. We are an independent luxury beauty provider operating from a dedicated treatment space within Ellie Extensions, located at:

By scheduling an appointment, visiting our website, or receiving any of our treatments, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a high-quality, seamless and safe experience for every client. 

 

2. Appointments 

  • All appointments must be booked online through our Wix booking platform. 

  • Contact details provided must be accurate to ensure you receive confirmations and updates. 

  • Arrival 10 minutes early is recommended to maintain our schedule. Late arrival may shorten your treatment time while the full service fee still applies. 

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

To maintain the exclusivity and dedicated time allocated for each appointment: 

  • Changes or cancellations must be made in line with our cancellations policy. 

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit or a fee being applied. 

  • Multiple missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings or us requiring full prepayment prior to booking. 

 

4. Deposits & Payments 

  • Select services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. 

  • Deposits and payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, Apple Pay or Revolut. 

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion of your treatment. 

 

5. Patch Tests 

Your safety is paramount. 

  • Certain treatments require a mandatory patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

  • Failure to attend or complete a patch test may result in your treatment being refused for your own safety. 

 

6. Health & Safety 

  • Please disclose all allergies, sensitivities, medications or medical conditions before your treatment. 

  • We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it may compromise your wellbeing. 

 

7. Aftercare 

To uphold the longevity and quality of your results, you must follow the aftercare guidance provided. 
We cannot be held responsible for results affected by improper aftercare. 

 

8. Website Use 

By using our website, you agree not to: 

  • Disrupt or compromise the security of the site 

  • Copy or redistribute website content without written permission 

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose 

All content is owned by Refined by Kelsey unless stated otherwise. 

 

9. Refunds 

Due to the bespoke nature of beauty services, refunds cannot be offered for completed treatments. 
If you have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we may assess and offer a correction where appropriate. 

 

10. Liability 

While we maintain the highest standards of professionalism, we are not responsible for: 

  • Reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or conditions 

  • Results affected by lifestyle, aftercare or external factors 

  • Pre-existing damage 

  • Indirect or consequential losses 

 

11. Updates to Terms 

These Terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
